- If you are paying by check or money order please make the check payable to Saul Perez. Please ship in a no bend no tear padded envelope or package. A small padded envelope under 1 ounce is approximately 1.50¢ shipping within the USA. Please verify your postage to avoid shipping delays.
- Do not use a regular 1st class letter envelope for shipping. Please note that a regular 1st class mail envelope will be placed through the USPS sorting system and your smartmedia card will be lost, or damaged beyond repair. If your card is damaged or lost due to improper packaging we will not be responsible for replacing your smartmedia card. Your service fee and your damaged card will be returned to you for inspection.
- Please include your ebay ID or the e-mail address you use with paypal account for identification. Make all checks or Money orders paypable to Saul Perez

If your SmartMedia card cannot be repaired, you will receive a full refund and your non working SmartMedia card. Your SmartMedia cards are also covered for 30 days for corruption.
