* No Risk Guarantee. If your SmartMedia Card cannot be repaired. We will refund you your payment, and your non working SmartMedia card.
*Please note Smartmediarepair.com fees include free shipping back to you with delivery confirmation and $20.00 of insurance is included for the fair market value of the lost cards. Smartmediarepair.com is not responsible for lost cards in transit to the repair facility. You can purchase additional postal insurance. Postal insurance rates are $1.00 dollar = $20.00 dollars of postal insurance coverage.
Please mail your cards in a secure envelope or small box. Do not use a standard 1st class mail envelope. Improper packaging will probably result in lost or damaged cards to our repair facility.
